Presentations Presentation content should not be repeated multiple times, as audiences may overlap. (See table 6.1.) Do not repeat old data. If no new information is available per the event, provide a summary then reflections or opinions or business-continuity data—for example. Do not hesitate to use presentation time as a time to compliment departments, workers, partners, etc.

Leadership—Team Communiques Although motivational content is typically for all involved in the organization with the content delivered—if possible—once or infrequently, administrators as leaders should take care not to mix with management and not to provide contrary information. Language should remain positive and informative—as most leadership language is—and should not use vague content or repeat motivational phrases or wording. Leaders should not be specific as to mentioning some, leaving others out; however, specific groups can be rotated in for focus. Leaders just have to take care and not leave people out overall and should literally track who they feature, as during emergency events, some are disconnected from their workplace and seek to see themselves in the organization’s successes.

Signage—Internal and External Targeted users or workers using the space or area. •Mismatched signs should not remain posted, even if they are not part of the event issues. Out-of-date signs should not remain posted beyond their accurate “life.” Signs should not be created using one method and updated using another, as readers assume anyone could have done it.

•Don’t post signs without authorship (even if it is only a committee) and date-posted information.

•Don’t vary terms for general information and pandemic information (e.g., signs providing information about circulation of materials should not include the word circulation for conveying one aspect such as normal circulation guidelines and checkout for loaning materials during the pandemic or event).

•Signs should not be posted without appropriate approvals and without using the standards adopted for the pandemic (e.g., color, font, size, brand, terminology, authorship, etc.).
